Phindile Mabena started to work under construction as a general worker but able to study and obtain SHE REP certificate, First Aid and fire Fighting and be promoted to become SHE Rep of the company. moving followed started to work under motor under Nissan at logistic department at preservation inspector but after 6 months i was promoted to become team leader of preservation then after a one year i was promoted to become outbound team leader due to the experience and understanding of the culture and willing to learn more. moving forward i worked at WWS company as Dispatch team leader as well.
