I am a Customer Service Officer with over 25 years’ experience in telephone customer services, including sales, sales support, admin, and customer care. Passionate about building strong customer relationships through providing fast, accurate and empathetic support to a wide range of customers. I am seeking a challenging and rewarding role where I can make a positive contribution and add value to any organization by applying my knowledge and skills that I have gained through the years.
