Launched in 2019, Decide function was established out of a necessity to bring value back to traditional labour broking and outsourcing services. Our aim and objective were to supply services that are flexible and agile and provide reliable people that are driven by quality and productivity.

By constantly seeking improvement and ways to add value to our customers and staff we have modernized and digitized the traditional way of providing labour by offering an online platform for Blue-Collar jobs, where candidates can easily apply and where customers can conveniently and transparently search, browse, book and rate blue-collar candidates.
