My name is Nthabiseng Sweetness Makume. Throughout my past professional career, I was responsible for the management of Education, Training and Development within the organisation. I have served companies in which I have done the following: leading and managing all training for SETAs, FETs, private sectors, public courses and learnership. Uploading learner’s details on the Predex system and Indicium system. Negotiating contracts to ensure that projects remained within the allocated budgets. Allocating task and scheduling facilitators on training interventions.
I have undertaken various important responsibilities with utmost sincerity. I have coordinated various projects and conducted Induction’s. I acquired skills in coordinating projects and managing them, preparing of reports and have a sound knowledge in skills development frameworks. I have acquired an ODETDP certificate with Networx for Career Development and a Batchelor’s Degree in Training and Development from the North West University. The qualification has advanced my knowledge in training and development and the skill of managing larger projects as well as people management. Therefore, I would like to gain more experience on Human Resource.
