I am excited to apply for the position although I do not have direct Merchandiser experience, my background in customer service and sales as a call center agent has equipped me with transferable to excel in this role. As a call center agent with 3 years experience I possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, proven ability to resolve customer complaints, strong problem solving and analytical skills and experience with sales and upselling. I have worked for Magqashela Holdings as a financial service provider, and I have worked for Homechoice until I had to relocate from Capetown to my family here in Johannesburg. I am energetic, organised and good in time management. As a merchandiser I would leverage my skills to drive business growth every task given and referrals , building a very strong relationship with the clients and learn and promote effective collaboration with teammates.
