I have over five years of experience in this role, and during my tenure at Cell C PTY LTD, I was responsible for the support, administration, and organization of a wide variety of tasks for the Senior Project Team. I have taken charge of the management of client scheduling, daily administrative functions, and other vital organizational project tasks. I am very well versed in Customer service, customer care and the customer support culture that we live in the contact center environment. The skills that I have acquired during my tenure, I have used successfully in in both my personal and social life. I hope that being in the possession of such skills, I easier to train and hopefully easier to place in your organization, should I become fortunate enough to be shortlisted.
