Hi, my name is Luyanda I’m 24 years of age i live in Durban, Kwamash. My work experience mostly comes from telecommunications both for customer service and as a sales agent, this kind of information worked overtime for me because from now I understand customers, dealing with customers as well as the telecom industry, I also have experience in the retail sector (different types of them) I also gained my first experience from this sector coz it actually the main part of my experience which got me where I am today. Previously I worked as a sales consultant at Rewardsco sales and my job description was to add services to the customer so we actually dealt with existing customers and closing customer doing sales and customer service.
