I am a results-driven and self-motivated individual with a strong desire for personal growth and career advancement. Proven planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a positive attitude. Dedicated to delivering high-quality work and becoming an asset to the institution. I have 7 years of work experience in the farm industry. Along the way i have gained technical skills which include but not limit: Animal husbandry, crop management, equipment operation Business skills: Financial management, marketing, and record keeping.
