I was a Service Consultant with 7 years of experience providing administrative support to workplace banking at Capitec Bank and interfacing with clients daily to ensure that their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively. I completed an Assistant Branch Management program at Capitec Bank in 2023 and was also appointed as a 2IC (Second in charge) to stand in and assist management in their absence. I also can diligently carry out tasks given to me and have the willingness to learn. I resigned from Capitec Bank Sep 2023 for reasons such as career advancement and growth as opportunities were limited and I would like to venture out to a different career path that will allow me to challenge myself and apply my knowledge and experience as well as skills.
