In 2019 I started my first job at a call center environment. I worked at Webhelp as a customer service agent for 5 months. I assisted customers in placing orders, statement breakdowns and any queries they had. My contract ended in December 2019 then February 2020 started a new role as mobile technician/ helpsesk at Voice vine. I assisted user with installing apps on mobile phones, troubleshooting their outlook accounts, back up and restoration of data, exporting and editing of reports from microsoft azure. My contract ended in November 2022. December 2022 I got a new job at steers as a general worker, I prepared food, took orders, cleaning, washing dishes and a little bit of cashier duties from time to time.
