• Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products
• Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
• Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products
• Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails to reach potential clients and build a long lasting business relationship with them
• Interact with customers to identify their needs
• Provide client support services in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• Build positive and productive relationships with clients
• Cross- sell other company products and services
• Act as primary contact for any client inquiries and concerns
• Obtain client feedback and recommend service improvements
• Work closely with Managers to strengthen client relationships
